Rhoda used to be a model but suffered some disfiguring burns in a defective tanning box. She used her savings to open a health spa catering to the beautiful people and those who aspire to be like them. Someone is fatally stabbing the patrons of her establishment, and it is up to a rather slow-witted policeman to figure out what is happening.
