According to the history books, the female Amazon warriors of Asia Minor often chopped off their breasts, the better to accommodate their bow-and-arrow weaponry. Rest assured that the anonymous Spanish and Italian starlets in Battle of the Amazons are in full possession of their principal attributes. Lucretia Love plays the Amazon queen, who assembles her forces when the bad guys invade their land. Love is aided in battle by the neighboring male farmers, led by the athletic Lincoln Tate. This uneven comedy finds Fred (Ian McShane) as a writer living off his royalties in Italy. Married to the long-suffering Millie (Ann Calder-Marshall), Fred revels in a series of affairs with a bevy of Italian beauties. Millie soon grows tired of being alone and takes up with two Italian Don Juans (Sammy Pavel and Marino Mase). When she meets Grant Granite (John Gavin), the two immediately fall for each other and are unable to contain their animalistic passion. In this comedy, two Yankee con artists pose as tourists visiting scenic Naples. There they intend to rob an old church. Before pulling the caper, the two enlist the aid of a local criminal. The theft succeeds, but afterwards the crooks begin double-crossing each other. Murder and mayhem ensues as one American murders the other and then heads for the airport dressed as a nun. "Her" loot is, in turn, captured by the Italian crook and his friend. The local thief then heads for Switzerland accompanied by a bogus "cardinal" who protects him. Unfortunately for the crook, the cardinal turns out to be the real thing and takes the treasure back to its original home. ~ Sandra Brennan, All Movie Guide

In this espionage adventure, the "Super Dragon," a notorious secret agent, is assigned by the CIA to stop a Venezuelan drug lord from spiking U.S. gum and candy with a powerful hallucinogenic drug in order to take over the United States. The evil czar had already tested it in a Michigan college town and found it works, rendering its victims helpless. Now the Dragon must stop him before he spreads the stuff all over.
