This comedy-drama explores the sexual misadventures of a variety of suburban dwellers, including a few straying husbands and wives, and some non-husbands and non-wives too. After Sandro (Christian De Sica) and Lorenzo (Massimo Boldi) pack their wives and kids off for a brief vacation, the two men decide to look for some close encounters of the sexual kind. Sandro goes on several dates while Lorenzo takes up with his less-than-stable secretary, which proves to be a big mistake. Meanwhile, Gianluca (Jerry Cala) is an ambitious advertising executive who has little knack for communicating with the woman he loves. Finally, a car salesman (Enzo Greggio) chases anyone in skirts, full throttle, but gets a surprise in a few instances. This standard comedy thriller is more a vehicle to show off Jean-Paul Belmondo's stunts than to convey a suspenseful tale to a hoodwinked audience. Belmondo plays a conman who gets tangled in a complex series of hassles that involve some well-placed kicks to straighten out. Everyone is after a microfilm he has, and when he is not hanging from a helicopter to escape his enemies he is bedding down one woman or another. This Italian/Spanish horror thriller walks us through the tale of Jack the Ripper once again. A nameless woman enters her room and begins to undress, only to be stabbed. Similar scenes are repeatedly shown. Suspicion for the crimes falls on a known knife-fighter in the Soho region of London. Scotland Yard headquarters erupts into a flurry of meetings and discussions. Some investigation eventually ensues but with little result, for the killings continue. Gradually, a police aide draws suspicion on himself, and his collection of gory souvenirs is discovered in his home. The Scotland Yard inspector on the scene is nearly killed, but he is saved by the Soho knifefighter. ~ Clarke Fountain, All Movie Guide

This comedy is in the Italian language. In Italy, shoe salesman Rossario runs the risk of being killed by outraged relatives if he has a brief affair with an unmarried woman, or by outraged husbands if he has an affair with a married woman. So when Rossario gets an opportunity to do his job in Copenhagen, where everything is legal (and reasonably non-fatal), he jumps at the chance. On arrival, he is shown gawking at the huge variety of sexual opportunities Danes take for granted. Eventually he falls for a lovely young Danish woman, and they get married. This wry comedy finds the beautiful Assunta (Monica Vitti) being kidnapped by Vincento (Carlo Giuffre) and taken to his remote home in the country. He plans to "dishonor her" and by doing so, win her hand in marriage. In a hilarious turn of events, Assunta willingly gives in to the amorous advances of Vincento. Finding him to her liking, the innocent girl suddenly turns into an insatiable sex fiend who causes the exhausted abductor to flee for his life. Assunta escapes, but the taunting of the local villagers causes her to leave and pursue the fleeing Vincento. She tracks him down to Britain and sheds her country-girl image for a mod makeover in order to fit into the blue-blooded London society. She plans to murder Vincento until she meets a divorced physician. This Dino De Laurentiis production from 1965 is actually an anthology of five different directors' work, each telling their own stories about witches. The five stories are "The Witch Burned Alive," "Civic Sense," "The Earth As Seen From The Moon," "The Girl From Sicily," and "A Night Like Any Other." Silvia Mangano appears in all five, with Clint Eastwood starring in the last featured vignette. This melodramatic Italian and French anthology is comprised of four unrelated short films directed by four different directors. The first vignette, "Queen Sabina" (or "The Hitchhiker") chronicles the sexual misadventures of a teenage girl on the road home. "Queen Armenia" (aka "The Room with a Juke Box") centers on a self-serving opportunistic gypsy babysitter who uses her employer's kids for her own gain. The third episode, "Queen Elena" (aka "The Digestive Tablet") centers on a husband who learns a lesson about the perils of infidelity after he succumbs to the wiles of the seductive wife next door. The last vignette, "Queen Marta" (aka "Giovanni") centers on a wealthy woman who, when drunk, uses her butler as an outlet for her lust. ~ Sandra Brennan, All Movie Guide

The Italians continue their penchant for gang-directed features in this sexploitation comedy. Part one is entitled "Cocaine On Sunday" in which a husband (Nino Manfredi) and wife (Annamaria Ferrero) start snorting the stuff after the friend who owned the bottle is arrested. In part two, Ugo Tognazzi plays a professor who feels he is becoming too much like his elderly maiden aunts.
