Originally titled Secret Santa, this made-for-cabe holiday treat stars Howard Hesseman as Fred Nickells, a lonely old eccentric who intends to spend Christmas Eve driving around town in a limo and tossing huge wads of money to deserving pedestrians. To this end, Nickells hires chauffeur Shannon McManus-Johnson (Andrea Roth), a single mom who'd much rather spend the Night Before Christmas with her son Trevor (Jason Spevack). Meanwhile, reporter Peter Archer (Yannick Bisson), determined to learn the motive behind Nickells' Yuletide generosity, uncovers a startling secret that could well determine the future of himself and Shannon--but will it be for the better? Ever since Junior High, Gina (Marla Sokoloff) has been carrying on a pen-pal friendship with Seth (Patrick J. Adams). Now fully grown, Gina is a journalist living in Boston, while Seth is a toy-company executive. When Seth shows up in Beantown for a conference, one would think that he'd be looking forward to being interviewed by Gina, whom he's never seen--and that Gina would feel the same way. Trouble is, self-conscious Gina has for all these years been sending along pictures of her friend Ellen (Lindy Booth) in her letters to Seth, while Seth has been sending pictures of his friend Matt (Jonathan Cherry). Terrified that Seth won't like her if he finds out what she really looks like, Gina sends Ellen in her place for the interview--while Seth, suffering similar fears, prevails upon Matt to impersonate him. Given this set-up, and taking into consideration the title of this made-for-TV movie, no one should be unduly surprised by the outcome of the story! Originally aired as a four-part miniseries on Canada's Space cable network, Robocop: Prime Directives picks up after the events of 1993's Robocop 3 and was released straight-to-video in the U.S. as four seperate features. The first in the series, Robocop: Prime Directives - Dark Justice, introduces fans to Page Fletcher, who takes over the role of Robocop from Robert John Burke who played the character when Peter Weller left the series after 1990's Robocop 2. Ten years after first acquiring his cyborg body, an aging Robocop must face the fact that his now-grown son is an executive for OCP. Meanwhile, a mysterious group called The Trust has plans to reprogram Robo to do their evil biddings. Airborne is a science-fiction fantasy film about the tribulations of a clandestine operation team recruited by the government to steal a deadly virus from a band of terrorists. Led by Commander Bill McNeil, the team confronts the thieves in a daring act of piracy and, after a standoff in mid-air, retrieves the deadly bottle. When two members of the team are subsequently murdered, McNeil suspects that the government might be behind the gruesome act. The team steals the virus back and becomes the subject of a deadly hunt by mysterious mercenaries. Airborne plays like a cross between Mission Impossible and The Rock; Steve Guttenberg, the star of Police Academy and Cocoon, might seem a strange choice as an action hero, but the film in general has entertainment value. ~ Gönül Dönmez-Colin, All Movie Guide

This sci-fi spoof stars Frank Stallone (Sly's brother) as Tony Mareda, Jr., a hot-shot private detective. Mareda leaves the funeral of his father, and while on the road and chased by two gunmen, he picks up a winsome hitchhiker and they end up at a drive in movie. While a "Zombie Beach Party 3" film flickers across the screen, a local weatherman and his date start talking about life in outer space, and lo-and-behold, a pink meteorite lands not far from the drive-in. It turns out that this "pink Mamma" transforms innocent, nubile maidens into pink chiquitas whose lust for men is a prelude to enslaving them and taking over the world. ~ Eleanor Mannikka, All Movie Guide

Long thought dead, the victim of a horrible accident, Dr. Anton Phibes (Vincent Price) still lives, surrounded by art-deco bric-a-brac and attended by mute beauty Vulnavia (Virginia North). Outwardly normal in appearance, Phibes actually wears a rubber mask, covering his hideously deformed countenance; giving away the artifice is the fact that, when he dines, he takes his food through his neck rather than his mouth. Able to speak only when plugging a wire into his damaged vocal chords, Phibes elucidates his plan to murder the medical team whom he holds responsible for the death of his wife. Each of the killings is patterned after the ten deadly plagues.
