The Jönsson gang are a crew of lovable thieves who somehow always end up with the loot, despite being laughably incompetent. This is the sixth family comedy featuring this goofy gang. In this movie, they have a new leader, Dr. M.A. Busé, a medical doctor who has had to leave the practice of medicine. The police are characteristically clumsy and the trio of thieves at the heart of this farce are at least partially inept, the comedy somehow falls between the cracks. Sickan Jonsson (Gosta Ekman Jr.) is the head of the trio of thieves, Ragnar (Ulf Brunnberg) and Dynamite Harry (Bjorn Gustafson) bring up the rear. Even though the three of them are probably worse off than Jonsson alone, they still take on a scam that involves a business magnate and his plan to sell a top-of-the-line piece of electronics to Russia. When a trio of youths, each in their own way, stray off from the straight-and-narrow to variously experiment with homosexuality, or drugs and drug dealing, or neo-Nazi politics, their return to the fold of mainstream conformity is rather facile -- as was their diversion from the mainstream in the first place. This romantic adventure is set in beautiful Greece and centers upon a lusty young prince who instantly falls in love with the pretty young tour guide he spies from his helicopter during a flight over Greece. He is desperate to meet her and so escapes from his many protectors and masquerades as a mere tourist. Of course, she too falls in love with him.
