The psychotic behavior of a set of twins, Jennifer (Shirley Parker) and June Gibbons (Sharon Parker) is the focus of this disturbing true story. While still quite young, the twins vow never to speak to anyone except each other -- though their own relationship is clearly either abusive or conspiratorial. Various vignettes underscore their abnormality, making anyone wonder why they were not given the psychiatric treatment they so obviously needed. Two versions of this lame exploitation film exist, one with 10 minutes of gratuitous sex, the other a more acceptable release for general audiences. Henry is an ambitious young executive who marries the older Louise (Jan Sterling). Her brother John (Michael Bierne) becomes jealous when Henry takes over the family business that was promised to him. When Henry tries to take over a second company, John arranges sex and money for the corruptible board members. This routine science-fiction saga concerns the crew of a rocket ship slated to travel to the red planet Mars. Mike (Darren McGavin) is the chief pilot who is assisted by the navigator Nick (Nick Adams). Using several scenes containing stock footage of McDonnell Air Force Base and Cape Kennedy, the crew takes off for their destination. Alice (Shirley Parker) is the wife who worries her husband Nick may not return. The action plods along for an hour, building to a climax in the final 27 minutes. The Forum Quorum provides the rock music for the feature, which supposedly was the last for Nick Adams before his sudden death at an early age.
