Hoping to cure his leader's diseased mind, Cyclonus takes Galvatron to the planet Webworld. Exhausting every other option, the Webworld psychologist decides to destroy the part of Galvatron's brain that is causing the insanity. Cyclonus objects to this, arguing that transforming Galvatron into a mindless vegetable could hardly be construed as a cure. Ultimately, and disastrously, Galvatron takes matters in his own hands.
