Mugshot (1996)
A black gang-member befriends an amnesiac in this independent drama that begins as a groggy fellow awakens in an abandoned building with no clue as to his identity. Soon after regaining consciousness he meets Rumor, who just happened to be around. Rumor generously decides to take care of the wounded fellow, who turns out to be Joe, a photo-journalist who came into the slum for a photo shoot.
