This is a beautiful sequal to Gone With The Wind. Timothy Dalton makes a perfect Rhett Butler. Joanne Whalley-Kilmer is a wonderful Scarlett. The chemistry between them is electric. It takes off right where Gone With The Wind leaves off. Take a weekend to watch them both back to back. You wont regret it. The ending makes it all worth while.

This is a very enjoyable sequel to 'Gone with the Wind.' I'm not even into romance movies and i just love 'Scarlett.' She is one of the few strong female characters captured on film. I'm thinking of switching to Netflix just so i can rent this movie. It really is that good. And Scarlett is a very strong and brave woman, there should be more characters like her. I'm so tired of the female leads that are helpless and need a big strong man to come save them.. Real women are much stronger then people in the film industry give them credit for.
