Unfortunately, I could not even recognize the movie from the synopsis provided by Sandra Brennan. This passionate Canadian drama builds on the skill of Pascale Bussieres, an actress whose performance combines understated passion with steadily building intensity. She is utterly compelling. Contrary to Sandra Brennan's synopsis, the movie is about Camille, a successful but unhappy professor of mythology in a Christian college. She is single, not married, in a 3 year relationship with an aspiring theologian when she encounters Petra, an alluring female circus performer. Petra ignites wonder and meaning in Camille that thus far has eluded Camille in her life and relationships. The movie is passionate, sensual, sexually explicit, with some water and sex scenes reminiscent of "Children of a Lesser God" with Marlee Matlin. I found this a moving work that will appeal to more sophisticated viewers.

I thought it was a good movie, i saw it more like a love story as oppose to a romantic comedy, I don't like labeling movies, it does have passion, desire, love, hatred, so it does tend experiment with different feeling and situations, I liked the chemistry between the two leads were great, especially the teacher.

This movie was okay, nothing to write home about. Had some good love scenes though. Worth the wath for sure.
