For a girl as drop dead gorgeous as Kathy Ireland, she was never blessed with a decent voice. It really shows in this film and someone was cruel enough to talk her into using it as a joke on her. Anyway, Aliean from L.A. is about ehr, as a valley girl, timid, shy, never wanting to go anywhere, losing her dad and then getting the courage to go after him. No real sense to the plot (it does have one) and her voice really gets to you. She's probably good for some animated kid girl's voice and sadly, that's about all. PG and at best (and I'm being generous) 2 stars (below average). See it only for the interest in seeing how badly she is as an actress (Actually, she was better in Mom and Dad Save the World)).
