Synopsis of Guilty or Not Guilty

Filmed on location in New York, the 60-minute TV drama Guilty or Not Guilty was cowritten by Evan "Blackboard Jungle" Hunter. Robert Ryan stars as Andrew Dixon, a New York assistant DA. Disgusted by the crime rate and the court's revolving door policy regarding street criminals, Dixon organizes a citizen's protection committee in his own neighborhood. Guilty or Not Guilty was designed as the pilot for a potential series starring Robert Ryan.
