This is probably one of my VERY FAVORITE work out videos!!! I'm a mother of 5 children and it did take me time to work up to this video. I've been working out every week to "Shape Your Body" for over a year and half now, and I still find myself constantly referring back to this video, alternating it with different toning and fitness videos to mix things up. I love how it targets all the areas I need, very effective, upbeat and motivating. However, my only complaint is I feel Cindy speeds thru all her sets waaay too fast and even after a year, I still find myself needing to push PAUSE and/or REWIND!
