This was a funny Don Knotts movie. There were adult situations in there though. It's not as clean as Andy Griffith. There was mention of "the Pill" and heavy flirting by Figg's new secretary. There was also a scene where Figg gets drunk with help from the secretary. My 8 yr old girl was scared after seeing Figg open the closet and see the dead guy right there. The suspense was good on that. There was not anything graphic at all. I'd recommend this for adults and teens. It would lend itself to good discussions on what is appropriate behavior.
