Raquel Welch breaks the surly bonds of Earth and loves every minute of it in this lighthearted spy spoof. Fathom Harvill (Welch) is an American skydiver touring Europe with a U.S. parachute team when she's approached by Douglas Campbell (Ronald Fraser), a Scottish agent working with American intelligence. According to Campbell, a triggering mechanism for nuclear weapons has gone missing in the Mediterranean, and Douglas wants Fathom to help find it. For a movie that is basically an excuse to show Raquel Welch in various bakinis and outfits,(and that's a good thing)it actually has a plot that makes it interesting, if implausible. It's very fast paced except for maybe one plot twist too many at the end. Beautiful Malaga locations. Welch has the acting ability of Pamela Anderson but is twice as beautiful. The Col. sounds suspiciously like Travelocity's Roaming Gnome, hmmm? Watch the "In like Flynn" trailers-very funny. I now know what movies Mike Myers was watching as a kid...
