    Totally Rippded core not only focuses on the core but all over the body. It helps tone more than lose the fat. Therefore, if you are looking to lose weight, you should try this video in combination of one that has a lot of cardio. I would recommend this workout but it can be difficult as there is a lot of balancing involved.
