An excellent adaptation of the stage version -- a study in grieving and coping with loss. The film is emotionally charged and honest without being overwrought and lugubrious.

I really liked this movie. Nicole Kidman was a great actress in this movie. It was a drama but very moving and never slow or boring.

This is a very well done and well acted movie by everyone. But it is a sad story we've seen before. The big reason to watch this film is Nicole Kidman, who is outstanding. Kidman hasn't been in any big films in a while, so we forget how good she is.
