EXCELLENT MOVIE ABOUT DOMINICAN MIRABAL SISTERS AGAINST DICTATOR TRUJILLO IN THE 1950S. A BRILLANT TESTIMONY OF COURAGE AND HEROISM.

To me, it seemed, the Mirabal sisters organized and executed a coup that failed. Nothing much more to the story than that. I'm not quite sure why they let her go if they knew she organized it. A little too unrealistic for a fascist dictatorship.
