i was looking for this at a movie store blockbusters but i found out that they have a contract with hbo and show time so they will not be getting anymore vampire diaries! but i love it so much that i payed 40 dollars just to get the second season. i read the books and didnt really like them so i didnt think that the show would be that good but from the momment i watched it it became my favorite tv show and when i get the 2nd season i will have every single episode out except for season 3

Very addictive series! I record and watch them over and over and never get bored with them. Cast is talented and has great chemistry. Easily the best vampire show for quite some time.

I first rented this series by accident, but by the end of the first disk of Season, I was hooked. And Season 2 is just as good, if not better!!! The plot in this series is unpredictable (I be on the edge of my seat with suspense at every point). There are no low points at all and the end of every episode is a cliffhanger that leaves you wanting more!!!!!
