This is not a great film, but it does have merit. As some reviews suggest, the science of global warming is not elucidated in this film. It is primarily for those who have already concluded that global warming is a problem. This film is about hope and faith in the human species. We will either "get it" and do something about it or we face extinction. The planet earth did without our species for many years and some life will survive. Each individual has a choice to make (kind of like voting). If enuff of us will do something to help, our species may just survive. Robert D.

It's more of a 60 Minutes type documentary than one from Discovery Chnl. Centers around India, not so much across the globe. 3rd world countries are stuck in a figurative pit - example: having poor hygiene, poluting the environment &, having to destroy forests for lumber in order to afford education costs. These people worry about living, not global warming.

maybe if we all do our part and completely halt all human activity and give more money towards this movement we will cut down carbon emissions and bring the temperature down by .6 degrees over twenty years and we will save the planet!
