Devil Rider! (1971)

Devil Rider! (1971)
Devil Rider! came near the tail end of the motorcycle-gang genre launched by Wild Angels in 1966. The cycles are cool, the photography is OK, the acting stinks. It's fun to watch star Sharon Mahon as she sidles past the camera in skin-tight cycle garb (so long as she doesn't open her mouth to speak). The film was clearly designed for the lower half of double bills, as indicated by its 68-minute running time; and it was not screened for the Ratings people, as indicated by the fact that it carries no rating despite an excess of violence. Devil Rider! has a sliver of value as a "time capsule." ~ Hal Erickson, Rovi
