basic "B" movie very predictable, not sure why they put David Carradine starring since he is only in the film for 10 minutes.

Damian Chapa is better when other people direct him. He does it all in this movie and makes a good movie into a good movie with bad acting. A cop leaves the force to be security for a politician who ends up being corrupt.

Cheaply made. This doesn't deserve to be called a movie.
