This is a complete piece of Trash worse then Crap. The acting was done SOOOO..... Poorly along with a crap story line. Somewhat of the story line that NEED FOR SPEED UNDERCOVER Game had with a little mix of Gone in 60 Seconds. REAL ORIGINAL GUYS. The budget must have been like $5000.00 because the camera quality was bad along with Grade F off the streets acting. They could have at least used some Nice Hooked up cars but it was too much to ask.

Steven Bauer produced it. That should've been the tip off. There was no direction. The actors overacted on dialogue and underacted when there was no dialogue. Shaky camera work. Cut scenes straight out of a videogame. Bauer was in his car for most of the movie. Miami Vice's Olivia Brown was in Hollywood purgatory. Worst part? THERE WAS NO "FAST LANE"! Not one actual car chase.
