The disturbing tale of the depraved serial killer known as B.T.K. (bind-torture-kill) comes to the screen in this true crime shocker starring Kane Hodder. Dennis Rader (Hodder) was a true wolf in sheep's clothing. An upstanding citizen and family man who served as president of his Wichita, Kansas church, Rader was a trusted member of his community who worked as a security officer. But just beneath Rader's carefully crafted, suburban father façade lurked a malevolent alter ego, a killer without a conscience who never distinguished between men, women, and children when his murderous rage took hold. First of all, B.T.K. was based out of Park City KANSAS. Kansas has no mountains what so ever. The ending was horriable. In real life when the police arrested BTK, it was a routine traffic stop while the rest of the police blocked the roads. Some sayings were true but if this was based off a true story, there wasn't a lot of truth to it.

This was just wrong. Billed as "based on true" on the box, the movie states immediately this is a fictional work based on a true character. It took brief quotes from Rader's confession and crafted the most ridiculous movie I've seen in some time. The acting was atrocious, the script terrible, and the director should never touch a camera of any kind ever again.

I was expecting some truth in this film. What you get is just speculation, fictionalized garbage. They obviously were more interested in making a sensationalized murder flik. I would be outraged if I were a family member that had someone that was murdered by this sicko. This film should have never been made. Trust all the reviews. Skip this and you will be happier.
