Werner's Dad was heard to wail, 'What have YOU done, my Son, my son'!?! First, Herzog's score for that score is: 0! The meandering notes led us down an incredibly disjointed path listening to Michael Shannon's jibberish and Chloe Sevigny's monotone explanations of MS's movements prior to him taking hostages and refusing to come out of his house. We should have left him there. The ending that comes later . . . too much later is certainly unsatisfying . . . as the weird and annoying score SWELLS. Don't waste your time.

This movie is terrible. Davis Lynch has made this movie so "art-house" it is virtually incomprehensible. The actors were great under the circumstances. This is a big mess, and not worth your time..

The 2 must have been arguing when they collaborated on this one....story went nowhere/acting was ok by main characters. Yes it was far out there...in left field unfortunately.
