This filmmaker should be shot. Everything about this movie is bad - weak script, pointless plot, bad directing. After watching for 60 minutes, waiting for something substantial to happen in the story, I finally gave up. Some scenes are so dark you can't even make out what is happening on screen. Val Kilmer must have needed the money badly or his agent can't get him any decent roles anymore for him to sign on to this stinker. Poor Val's career continues to go down the toilet like Michael Madsen. I hate it when film producers put a respectable name actor on the cover box and trick you into thinking it's going to be a quality production. The story consists of 4 groups of characters walking around dark tunnels under the city, occasionally running into each other and exchanging bland dialogue. The synopsis on the back of the video box is misleading. We don't ever see any demons or devils in this so-called hell realm.

I too was let down by Val Kilmer. This movie was very dull, and did not make any sense.

Some actors do movies to jump start a stagering career, others do it for the money. This was neither. I mean they couldn't have paid him enough to do such a terrible movie and with so little face time, it couldn't help his future. This is one movie he must have owed.
