Synopsis of Adam-12: Log 44: Attempted Bribery
Officers Jim Reed (Kent McCord) and Pete Malloy (Martin Milner) arrest young Bill Erickson (David Westberg) on a drunk-driving charge. Soon afterward, Bill's father (Del Moore), a wealthy industrialist, implores the two cops to drop the charges against his son--and promises to make it well worth their while if they do.
