Well I have to say im a little disapointed with this movie. Me being a big jet li fan I was expecting more action from him.Don't get me wrong I liked the story line and the movie. It's a Jet Li movie without the fighting.

Since it's based of a true story I knew it was gonna be a decent movie. The story was really compelling. Not a whole lot of beat'em up action but its a wartime movie. When Jet Li said he was gonna step back and make more "traditional" movies this is what I expected. Great movie, great tragic story...

This movie drags like crazy. I believe it's based off a true story, which makes the movie a bit better... the acting was pretty good, but the movie overall felt like it could have been summed up in 30 minutes.
