The Shepherd Border Patrol is going to be bashed by people who think that every movie should be an oscar winner. This is nothing more than a fun little action movie with Jean-Claude van Damme. Yes you can tell that the budget was limited but who cares. I think that it delivers exactly what it is suppose to. Shoot outs, car chases and some good martial arts fights. If anything, watch it for Scott Adkins. He is an up and coming martial arts star and is fun to watch! The fight scene between Scott and Jean-Claude is worth the money spent! My only complaint was that it was too short. But it is a great fight! I am a martial artist myself and love to watch fights on film. The Shepherd delivered! So sit back, turn off your brain and enjoy the cheesy fun!

This was a good action movie, expected a little worse, considering his age, but hey, look at Sylvester, so I guess I misjudged.

Typical Van Damme movie. Lots of action & explosions! Not an Oscar winner but who cares? Make some popcorn and enjoy this action packed movie. The head of the "Federales" is so cheesy, he's funny!
