Streep was fabulous, and Tucci was the perfect husband (sexy, committed, and a little grumpy, to balance Julia's dramatic persona). I liked the storyline, but it is questionable if boning a duck is really enough of a climactic moment for most movie-goers.

Meryl Streep made this movie great. Amy Adams did a wonderful job too although her character did get on my nerves. I highly recommend this movie. My husband and I watched it twice and the second time was as enjoyable as the first.

A wonderful movie. Meryl Streep has Julia's movements and mannerisms down pat. Inspirational.
