Synopsis of Hunter: Night of the Dragons

There's no day off for Hunter (Fred Dryer) or McCall (Stepfanie Kramer) after they witness a killing in Chinatown. What the two cops can't understand is why investigating detective Raymond Lau (Clyde Kusatsu) seems so reluctant to act upon the obvious evidence. It turns out that Lau's daughter has been kidnapped by sinsiter forces who hope to foment a bloody war between a Chinese and Vietnamese crime gang.
