Lovejoy's closest associates--Jane, Tinker and Eric--are exasperated at his behavior. His rival Charles Gimbert sparks things up as his magnificently villainous self. Disk 4 also has a hilarious chase scene, where Lovejoy commandeers Gimbert's red Rolls Royce, leaving Gimbert to pursue him in Lovejoy's junky pickup truck. Best episodes take place in Ireland and Brighton, England.
