On the occasion of her 16th birthday, DJ (Candace Cameron) receives a marvelous present: A 1977 Firebird, purchased by Joey (David Coulier). Unfortunately, the car turns out to be stolen, but no one realizes this until DJ and Kimmy end up being towed away by the police.
