Much to her dismay, Steph (Jodie Sweetin) finds that her new science class lab partner is Charles (J.D. Daniels), the school's resident goof-off and all-around jerk. But Steph suddenly see Charles in a new light when he lets slip that he has an extremely abusive father--and then swears her to secrecy.
