This movie is very Prince - quirky, unique, artistic, and stylish. While it won't appeal to much of the mainstream crowd, anyone who has an appreciation for Prince's unique way and delivery will love this film. Very funny, Prince as a director gets to show off his sense of humor. Also, (not surprisingly) another phenomenal soundtrack. If you usually stick to mainstream stuff, you may not like it, but if you want something quirky, this is the way to go.

This is a very good tale even without the star power and sound track. Seriously! Its a story of two very different people trying to figure out if they've found love and newness or stereotypes and hate. With Prince and his pageantry 1 or 2 scenes are over the top. But he's a decent actor and also good at injecting a lot of humor into the tale. The soundtrack is genius including a lot of his hit music. If your a regular movie lover, check it out, you'll enjoy it. (unless you just hate Prince) If your a Prince fan and you haven't seen it, then you aint a Prince fan. MUST Watch this in your home theater.
