Synopsis of The Last Confederate: The Story of Robert Adams
The living descendents of American Civil War Captain Robert Adamas pool their creative talents in order to tell the remarkable story of their legendary ancestor in a film showing the sacrifices that some are willing to make in the name of love or country. As the Civil War gets underway, strong willed Captain Adams (producer/writer/actor Julian Adams) rounds up the guns and rallies his men to fight for their land to the dying breath. Before the war Adams was a simple planter who fell in love with Eveline (Gwendolyn Edwards) , a beautiful and intelligent schoolteacher from the north. Despite the knowledge that he may lose everything by entering into the conflict, however, Adams knew that the life he had and the life he wanted was worth the risk.
