If you're looking for consistent, logical scripting...pass. At the beginning the aliens are preternaturally fast and fatal but by the end (to prolong the running time, no doubt) they can barely beat an equal number of humans. Bah! And after adding the run time doing that they fail to give a satisfying conclusion to the movie stopping before the purported mission to Earth was completed. Felt more like a first episode TV series.

You have to go to the special features to discover that this film was made with no budget at all. Then it makes sense. An alien with super-human combat skills takes on a corrupt British military organization in order to find his captured father. He enlists the help of a lowly soldier, but we never get to the rescue operation. The two principles are a cameraman/director, and an actor/martial arts expert. They forgot to add a writer. To their credit, they achieve a B-movie production quality with not much story line, no character development, and horrible dialog. The martial arts scenes are fairly well done, but they seem silly without anything else to connect to the viewer. This movie could be an over-long film class project, but it lacks the artistic merit one would expect from that source. Although possibly destined for a cult following, the basic story idea might actually be developed into a decent film (probably without the martial arts).
