Synopsis of The Streets of San Francisco: The Programming of Charlie Blake
The latest patient of ambitious psychiatrist Norman Jessup (William Smithers) is lifelong lawbreaker Charlie Blake (Dean Stockwell). In his efforts to advance himself, Dr. Jessup has no qualms about exploiting Blake's criminal past.
