A Martinez heads the guest cast in this episode as Hispanic SFPD officer Jimmy Vega. Outraged that his old neighborhood is in the grip of elusive drug pusher Roberto Perez (Lloyd Battista), Jimmy is willing to do anything to bring Perez to justice--even if it means planting false evidence.
