We sat down for a movie not to take it too seriously & ended up laughing throughout most of it. Penelope Cruz does an awesome job as the crazy mood swinging ex-wife. I couldn't believe that Juan Antonio (Javier Bardem) is the same guy as the evil antagonist on No Country For Old Men....amazing what a hair cut will do! :) Scenery was BEAUTIFUL!

I thought it was shallow, silly, and banal. Not one genuine relationship between any of the characters. I think Woody Allen was vicariously living out an old man's fantasy.

It is a fine movie but the moral values are - kind of - mixed up.
