Upon finding out that Steve (John Carroll Lynch) is cheating on Mimi (Kathy Kinney) with a boozy hairstylist named Gloria (Jeanetta Arnette), Drew (Drew Carey) tries to avert disaster by dating Gloria himself. This puts a crimp in Drew's "real" love life, which at the moment is focused on sexy coworker Karen (Suzanne Cryer). And the results are hardly worth the trouble: Mimi and Steve break up, and Gloria and Karen take turns bitch-slapping Drew.
