In light of the fact that the married workers at Winfred-Louder receive higher medical benefits than the unmarried ones, Mr. Wick (Craig Ferguson) allows all married employees to go home early as a tornado approaches Cleveland, but forces the "singles" to remain at the store. Angrily, Drew forms a "singles union", which action leads to complications far beyond a mere natural catastrophe.
