Drew (Drew Carey), Mimi (Kathy Kinney), and Larry (Ian Gomez) all want to replace the retiring employee representative on the store's board of directors. Larry seems to be eliminated from the race at the beginning thanks to his cloddish behavior, while Drew and Mimi are preoccupied with undercutting each other.
