This movie felt like it was two movies in one. The first movie was a visually stunning, beautifully polished film. The second movie however, was a poorly, written, acted and directed mess that makes Shyamalan's previous movies such as, The Village, and The Lady in the Water look like The Lord of the Rings Trilogy. The best way I could summarize this movie is by saying that it's as if they took that awful Dragon Ball Z movie and threw it inside of James Cameron's Avatar. Terrible movie with beautiful visuals, that all this is. If you saw the TV show and know the story then I guess it's worth a view, if you don't know anything about the show then skip it because you will be bored out of your mind!

My 8 year old son loved it, so I liked it.

Unfortunately we realized within the first three minutes that the target audience for this film is 7 and 8 year olds. The dialog is simply awful, and the acting is worse. What was M. Knight thinking? We fast forwarded through the last half.
