Every now and then a great show comes along that does not get the ratings it needs and is cancelled. Commander In Chief is one of these shows. Gena Davis and Donald Sutherland are excelent in this drama about the first female President of the USA. Along with a wonderful supporting cast, this show is compelling from start to finish. Highly recommended.

It was a well written scrip with forwarding thiining. Geena Davis was truly spectacular. Supporting cast was exceptional and often times perplexing.

As the leading character in one of my all-time favoite movies, "The Long Kiss Goodnight," I thought Geena Davis once again excelled in this movie. I've seen only the first disc so far - one to go. But my only problem with her character as President here is her character's obvious stand with a tragically "left-leaning" Hollywood where more severe interrogations of enemies of our country are concerned.
