Stevie Nicks: Live at Red Rocks (1986)

Stevie Nicks: Live at Red Rocks (1986)
Member Rating:
In 1986, Stevie Nicks (of Fleetwood Mac) gave a performance in Denver, a city that holds special significance for her for familial reasons. This film captures that concert, which was the last show of the tour promoting her solo album Rock a Little. Including songs like "Stand Back," "On the Edge of 17," "Dreams," and more, Nicks' performance elates her bond with her environment -- and a special ending takes place when doves are released into the mountain air of Colorado. ~ Sarah Sloboda, Rovi

Like a previous reviewer - mediocre at best - too bad - didn't sing 'If anyone falls' - sad - rent the Fleetwood videos instead - both are excellent - one with Christine and one without

Honestly, I don't know what to make of this concert. The singing is okay... but it just seems like everybody is tired. A coulple of moments throughout the show I assume they are a bit drunk.

I really actually liked the concert, they didnt do a very good job with the cameras, their should have been more angles and close ups, Its and old concert it was pretty neat seeing Stevie Nicks perform in the 80's I really enjoyed that, what I really didnt like was that they put in fake concert footage in place of most close ups, I could imaging how hard it would have been but they should have tried harder in the arena they set up, it was still pretty neat though, it was a night out in the desert, Live at red rocks, I bet Stevie Nicks was cold, but still really neat performance, really would have liked to see her more close up on the video, Please Blockbuster you really need to get more Stevie Nicks concerts it would be well worth it.
