No spoiler alert here; as I didn't even finish watching the movie; I didn't CARE what happened. The first twenty minutes or so were so AWFUL I couldn't stand to watch anymore, and just turned it off; which is saying something because I usually HATE to only watch part of a movie.

If you believe that only multi-million dollar movies are worth watching, this is NOT for you. This is an independent film from another era updated and reworked for modern tastes. The story-telling and acting are of varying qualities (as in all low budget productions) but I have seen plenty of studio-funded films that were less entertaining. The newer CGI effects do stand out a bit from the earlier (though well-crafted) effects, but the director should be commended for wanting to offer a new, improved version of his vision. Adjust your attention span, pop your popcorn and enjoy a movie not made by a corporate committee but by a dedicated but modestly funded group of artists.

YUK! Not watcha ble, bad acting poor storyline and no direction. Waste of time on this eighty something movie. How did it even get two stars is no-one else rated it?
