Gidget: Image Scrimmage (1965)
Gidget (Sally Field) goes out on a blind date with Roger Haimes (Jan Crawford), the suave and sophisticated cousin of her best friend LaRue (Lynette Winter). After an exhilarating (but chaste!) evening with Roger, Gidget worries that she is too quaint and provincial for his tastes. That's why the rest of the episode finds the Gidge strenuously revamping her image, hoping to morph from a cute 15 1/2-year old teenager to a sultry woman of the world.
