It was predictable, but the actors and actresses did the most with the script that they could and turned a run of the mill movie into a good one.

I really found this engaging. Kept my interest all the way through. Had some twist I did not see coming. I watch a lot of movies and read even more books so a story line has to be well above average to keep my interest.

This was a pleasant surprise. Subtle twists ands turns, and a terrific idea that would have made Hitchcock proud. Tom Cutler was intense while low key at the same time, getting away from the profanity laced roles with which Jackson is so often associated, and making him a very sympathetic character. Eva Mendes has the dubious distinction of being almost too beautiful, a distraction which probably keeps her from being regarded as a serious actress. Luis Guzman was perfect as the jaded cop, and you knew that Ed Harris' character was just a tad too sympathetic to Tom, but you couldn't pin it down. I would recommend this to anyone who appreciated a good who-dun-it
