This film, nearly 50 years old, is as good as recent comedy I have seen. The characters are uproarous. Despite a "scientific" plan, they err, flub and screw-up every inch of the way. My only crticism is that the sub-titles move exceedingly fast in parts of the movie.

A CHARMING, GENTLE SATIRE ON CRIME DRAMAS BY SOME ICONS OF THE '50'S WHO RULED THE SCREEN IN THEIR DAY. CLEVER AND FUN, YOU'LL LOVE THE ITALIAN GANG THAT COULDN'T SHOOT STRAIGHT.

It is a decent funny flick, but lacks imagination and performances are just so so, not great.
